Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted for eligible products that are unused, in resalable condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 30days of delivery.

Custom products, special orders, clearance items, used products, and products damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return unless approved by Paige Company.

Return Authorization Required

Before returning any item, please contact Paige Company to request return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error by Paige Company or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. If no restocking fee applies, this section can be removed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly. We may request photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed, packed, manufactured, or shipped. Once an order is in process or has shipped, it may be subject to the standard return policy.
