Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours. Processing times may vary based on product availability, order size, shipping destination, and warehouse location.

If an item is out of stock, on backorder, or requires additional handling time, we will contact you or provide updated information when available.

Shipping Locations

Paige Company ships from distribution centers located throughout the United States. Whenever possible, orders are shipped from a location selected to provide efficient delivery and reasonable freight costs.

Shipping Methods

Shipping methods may vary depending on the size, weight, quantity, and destination of the order. Smaller orders may ship by parcel carrier. Larger or bulk orders may ship by freight carrier.

Shipping charges, taxes, and any applicable discounts are calculated at checkout or provided as part of a quote.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for ensuring that the delivery location can receive the shipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or if items are missing, contact Paige Company as soon as possible.

For freight shipments, damage should be noted on the delivery receipt before signing whenever possible. Photos of damaged packaging and products may be required to process a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Paige Company is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
